We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Network Administrator in the Cleveland, OH area.

This position will lead the day-to-day IT operations for the company as well as implement technology to support the organization's goals. This includes installing and updating computer systems and technology to enhance the organization's network security and applications according to the standards and objectives set by the company.

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science required
• Two to four years' IT experience, manufacturing experience a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to work and communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in the latest technology for IT systems and management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Duties:

• Provide technical support to users by assessing and troubleshooting problems at the desktop, server, and network level.
• Carry out routine preventative maintenance schedule on servers.
• Perform and validate nightly backups.
• Monitor servers and network - analyze and resolve any problems.
• Implement and maintain IT polices and standard operating procedures.
• Communicate the goals, policies, and procedures of the company and develop plans to implement these needs.
• Evaluate current technology use and needs of the company and recommend software and hardware improvements.
• Remain current on advances in technology.
• Prepare and deliver operational or project progress reports.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
